Regular Inspection
Conduct regular inspections on coating blades, including checking the wear condition of the coating blade edge, the gap between the blade and the coating roll, and the tightness of blade fixing screws. Timely replacement or repair is required if abnormalities or severe wear are found.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance for blades to remove residues and impurities on the surface, keeping the blades clean and smooth. Meanwhile, avoid scraping the blade surface with hard or sharp tools to prevent damage to the blade edge.
Replacement of Worn Parts
Promptly replace severely worn or damaged components such as blade edges and support frames, so as to ensure stable blade operation and consistent coating quality.
Blade Lubrication
For lubrication‑required blades, apply an appropriate amount of lubricant on a regular basis. This reduces friction between the blade and coating roll and alleviates wear.
Comprehensive Inspection
Carry out periodic comprehensive inspections covering the electrical system, transmission system, lubrication system and other parts. Ensure all components operate normally without abnormal noise or vibration.
